Superhuman is for anyone who has ever felt like they had to be the strong one.

Sometimes the people we love need us, and somehow we keep showing up — even when we’re tired, overwhelmed, scared, or barely holding ourselves together. We try to carry the weight, solve the problems and be whatever everyone else needs us to be.

But nobody is actually superhuman.

This song is about that tension between wanting to be strong for the people you love and realizing that being human means having limits too. Strength isn’t about never struggling. Sometimes it’s simply choosing to stay, to care, and to keep showing up when you don’t feel strong at all.
