Gotta Keep Movin’ is for those days when you just need a little push.

Not every hard day needs a profound answer. Sometimes you’re anxious, discouraged, stuck in your own head, or life has simply knocked the wind out of you — and the best thing you can do is keep moving.

This song came from that idea. You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to suddenly feel fearless or optimistic. You just have to take the next step, then another, and trust that eventually the weight will start to lift.

With its driving beat and upbeat energy, Gotta Keep Movin’ was meant to feel like a pick-me-up — something to turn up when you need help getting yourself going again.

Some days, moving forward is enough.
